I’ve been on a path to healthier living for years now and its still an adventure. I’m down more than 60 pounds and 40 lbs away from my goal weight. Summer time is always great for me. I get sun, shades, and SWEAT! I’ll be biking all over the city this summer. I’m talking hikes, trails, travel, and more. It’s crazy to think that something as simple as biking clears my head so much, and its great for weight loss. So, c’mon here thighs, we’ve got work to do. Guess who’s ready for it? ME!!!
